Can I keep my number?
Yes. You keep your number and divert it to your Stacy number, either for every call with Front Desk or only when you’re busy, don’t pick up or are closed with Missed Call Cover. Clients keep calling the number they know.
Will clients know it’s AI?
Stacy answers as your clinic’s receptionist. If anyone asks, she says she’s your AI receptionist. We never let her pretend to be human.
How does Stacy learn my clinic?
Enter your website. In about 30 seconds Stacy reads your treatments, prices, hours, team and FAQs. You check and edit everything before she takes a call. If something isn’t there, she takes a message rather than guessing.
Can Stacy take bookings or messages?
Missed Call Cover emails messages to you and texts your booking link to callers. Front Desk captures booking requests with instant text and email alerts. You confirm the appointment with the client; a booking request is not a confirmed appointment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly, no contract. Cancel any time and Stacy stops answering at the end of your billing month.
What happens with medical questions?
Stacy never gives medical advice. She passes the question to your practitioner and tells anyone describing a serious reaction to contact local emergency services.
